Yesterday I got to hang out in the Rivera's field, while the adults talked and the kids played.  It was nice to be off alone, with just the birds and God.  I got to think, pray and relax.

So after about 30 tries at a self portrait, I finally just dumped all the pictures in the laptop. As I was going through them I decided to play around with some on Photoshop. Here's the result. I'm quite pleased with it, however, I feel I can do better. This was my first attempt at off camera portrait lighting. I used an office lamp shining directly in my eyes, and another lamp one to give a soft glow. But overall, not bad for a first try.
